I’ve mentioned the concept of momentum many times throughout this challenge. That’s because it’s such a key component to changing your self-talk. In fact, it’s essential to changing any habit and achieving goals. Momentum, in this case, is the combined forward actions that build upon each other. As that force continues to move, it gets stronger. That’s why, once you start something new and practice it regularly, it becomes easier.
